PRIVACY POLICY

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information contained on this website was provided by you at the time of your initial assessment meeting with Parker Education staff. Additionally, we automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited, though it is for no other purpose than to see whether you are reviewing our correspondences regarding services for yourself or your student. We do not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone, as the information and services provided by Parker Education are considered personal and confidential.

REFUND / CANCELLATION / MISSED SESSION POLICY

Parker Education encourages payment at the time services are provided. Respectfully, we understand this is not always possible and do allow for a small credit limit of $500. Once the limit is reached, Parker Education will no longer be able to schedule sessions for your student.

REFUNDS: Pre-payment of sessions is also encouraged. Students generally meet with their tutors about 8-10 times per month. Should your student program end and balance remains on the account, Parker Education will refund the balance with your written request (email is acceptable) to Rachael Lacy, rlacy@parkeracademy.com. Payment will be issued by check within 30 business days.

CANCELLATIONS: If your student needs to cancel a session, your account will not be charged, so long as the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled session. Missed or “No Show” sessions are always charged for the missed appointment.
