Mary-Ann is a Special Education Teacher and Case Manager at Parker Academy. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Maine. She also has an Associate Degree from Fisher College. She is currently attending Plymouth State University working on her Master’s Degree in Special Education. Mary-Ann brings a lot of experience with her to Parker Academy, she has worked teaching and as a paraprofessional in many schools. Mary-Ann has worked with kids with extreme behavioral problems in schools. Mary-Ann has also worked with teens suffering from extreme anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder as a residential counselor at Mountain Valley Treatment Center. Mary-Ann was originally from Tiverton, RI. and moved to the white mountains, and lived several years in Maine and now moved back to the beautiful white mountains. Mary-Ann is a mother of 3 and loves being with family and friends making happy memories and feels fortunate to work with such wonderful students and faculty here at Parker Academy.
