Benjamin Serard is the Administrative Assistant for Parker Academy. Ben has worked for the library department at NHTI – Concord’s Community College, helping students find materials to aid them in furthering their educational journey; conducting research for the NHTI Library Archives; and document processing for the New Hampshire Judicial Branch. He previously has been a volunteer at the New Hampshire Historical Society, with a focus on summer camps in New Hampshire and helped work on the “Voices from the Front: New Hampshire Soldiers in the Civil War” exhibit.

Ben attended Parker Academy during his high school years and graduated in 2005. He fondly recalls his time as a student at Parker Academy and the educational journey at both the Pleasant Street and Fisk Road locations. “Parker Academy really instills a lifelong love of learning and finding what makes you special. As a former student, I feel I bring a unique perspective” Mr. Serard says. 

Ben earned his AS in General Studies from NHTI – Concord’s Community College, and his BA in History from Southern New Hampshire University. While at SNHU, Ben was inducted into the Alpha Chi National College Honor Scholarship Society, which only the top ten percent of students get accepted into. 

Ben lives in Bow. During his free time, he enjoys reading, playing video games, fishing, and spending time with friends and family whenever possible.
